# Integrations

> Connect your CRM, send product usage, and let AI clients work with your CustomerCatalyst data.

import { CardGrid, LinkCard } from '@astrojs/starlight/components';

CustomerCatalyst gets its data from three places:

- **Your CRM.** Companies, contacts, calls, meetings, tasks, notes, deals and (from HubSpot) tickets sync in every night, and whenever you press **Sync now**.
- **Your product.** A small script on your site sends usage events. They feed each customer's product usage score.
- **Your team.** Everything you add in CustomerCatalyst itself.

You can also connect an AI client such as Claude, so it can read your customer data and, if you allow it, create and update records.

Open **Integrations** in the sidebar to find all of them. Connecting a CRM needs an organization admin.
