  • On the customer’s Contacts tab, as a full table.
  • Through global search in the top bar.

The Contacts tab lists each contact’s Contact Name, Title, Customer, Role, Email, Phone and Last Updated. A Portal user label marks contacts who can sign in to your customer portal.

  • Search contacts finds a contact by name or email.
  • The sort icon orders the list by Name, Last updated (Earliest) or Last updated (Latest).
  • Filter opens the Filters panel. Filter by Tags and Role, then click Apply. Clear removes the filters.
  1. On the customer’s Contacts tab, click Add Contact. On the Overview tab, click Add in the Contacts box.
  2. Fill in First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, Phone and Role.
  3. Optionally add Tags.
  4. Click Add contact.

Open the ⋯ menu on a contact:

  • Edit opens the contact form. Click Save changes when you’re done.
  • Delete removes the contact after you confirm with Remove. A removed contact is archived and no longer shows up in lists or search.

You can invite a contact to work with you on a shared playbook. Open the ⋯ menu on the contact and choose Invite to portal. To take the access away again, choose Remove access.
